Saskatoon cyclist dies after being hit by cement truck

Roads are closed in Saskatoon the place a 33-year-old lady died after being hit by a cement truck whereas driving her bike.

The crash occurred on the intersection of School Drive and Wiggins Avenue close to the College of Saskatchewan.

Saskatoon cops have site visitors restrictions in place whereas they examine the scene.

  • Eastbound site visitors on College Bridge is being diverted southbound onto Clarence Avenue.
  • Preston Avenue is barricaded, stopping westbound site visitors onto School Drive.
  • Entry to School Drive from College Drive, Munroe Avenue, Wiggins Avenue/Street, Bottomley Avenue, and Cumberland Avenue.

Police will replace the general public when the restrictions are lifted.
